Hello everyone and welcome, Patricia Searl here but my community calls me Patty! I am the Founder and CEO of Clean P.O.V. Residential Cleaning Company in Ottawa, Canada which won as Ottawa's Favourite in 2019.

I left my 9-5 career after a couple decades of project management in the federal government to find my way quickly as a named multiple nominee of a plethora of awards and mentions plus an employer of choice for the Military Community and others who no longer wish to work the hustle of traditional work.

I left the federal government a few years back and learned a ton about how to run a successful company all while being consistent in learning to continually grow and improve. A life time student with books contiously filling my desk and night stand.

I hope to encourage all students to bring the biggest goals they can muster because more recently I ran for City Council for 2022-2026 and unphased by the vulnerability and courage it took to go for it!

I want to see my students be prepared and unphased by quiet time dreaming and planning with support to earn and achieve those goals

While I didn't win I put myself out there and did my very best and nothing is wasted when you learn the potential of your self when you believe.

In this Community I want you to feel like anything is possible and I will challenge you to take the steps necessary,

I have been an Project Manager for over 20 years now. I have managed multiple projects at once and it teams while seeking a mentor and community my job became easier as I engaged in learning. I am happy to share with you and support your journey.
